In this role, the Supervisor, Electrical will lead a team of Electricians and Instrument and Control Technicians to ensure proper functioning of electrical, control systems and instrumentation equipment. The Supervisor, Electrical will: - Lead, manage and develop performance skills of the team of Electricians and Instrument and Control Technicians including daily long range and outage scheduling. - Plan and budget for maintenance, improvement and remaining useful life for electrical, control systems and instrumentation equipment. - Order and maintain adequate inventory of replacement parts, equipment, and supplies. - Contract for maintenance services and supervise contract personnel as necessary. - Manage various other areas of the plant based on varying shifts including weekend duty rotation, operational issues, and holiday rotation.
