### Job Duties Start Date: 08/01/2026 End Date: 11/30/2026 Work hours: 48 hours/week, Monday - Saturday, 8 hours/day, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Must Apply By: 10/01/2026 Job Duties: Drive/operate equipment for custom liquid manure application on a farm for a farmer; perform duties like; loading, pumping and application of liquid manure. Observe and listen to machinery operation to detect equipment malfunctions. Adjust, repair, and service farm machinery and notify supervisors when machinery malfunctions. Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools, or farm workers. Looking to build long term relationships with people. No High School Diploma or GED required. ### Minimum Experience Required Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire, as certain roles may require a valid driver's license and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. No CDL required. No commercial truck driving required. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive sitting is required. Extensive walking is required. Frequent stooping/bending over is required. Repetitive movements are required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $16.78 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts (Updated 04/07/2026). Required work-related tools and supplies provided free of charge by employer.
