(USA-MN-Morris) Yard Equipment Operator

### Job Duties Westmor Industries is seeking a dependable Yard Equipment Operator to join our team. In this hands-on role, you'll help maintain an organized yard, safely operate material-handling equipment, and support production operations that contribute to the delivery of high-quality products. As a Yard Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for organizing materials, loading and unloading freight, operating heavy equipment, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. This position plays a critical role in supporting daily yard and production operations. Key Responsibilities: Safely handle and move outdoor materials and equipment to support production needs. Operate equipment including forklifts, yard cranes, overhead cranes, and payloaders following all safety procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard, equipment, and work areas. Perform basic assembly activities and assist with production support tasks as needed. Level and grade yard areas to ensure proper organization and accessibility. Assist with final assembly processes and inspections when required. Load and unload inbound and outbound truck freight efficiently and safely. Complete assigned work according to established schedules and production requirements. Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times. Compensation The starting pay range for this position is $18 - $22 per hour. Final compensation is based on experience, skills, and location. Ability to convert feet and inches accurately. Experience operating machinery and material-handling equipment. Strong commitment to workplace safety and safe equipment operation.
