Join our team and apply to be a Painter, where you can be a part of our commitment to delivering high-quality products! **Key Responsibilities** A Painter is responsible for completing the following duties: - **Surface Preparation:** Sand spatter and rust, wipe down steel to remove oils and cutting fluids. - **Painting Process:** Apply paint to completed production jobs and sub-assemblies. - **Equipment and Maintenance:** Mix paint properly, use correct paint equipment settings and adjustments, and perform daily maintenance routines on paint equipment. - **Quality Control:** Identify and mask areas not to be painted, utilize proper paint application techniques, inspect paint jobs for quality issues like runs and missed areas. - **Documentation:** Maintain paint booth and complete necessary paperwork. **Compensation:** The starting pay range for this position is $20-$24 per hour.
