Job Description A Hydro Technician is responsible for: *Inspect all vessel components and report any defective items *Maintain all gauges, calibrations and other related equipment used for hydro testing *Operate large-scale equipment (forklifts, shuttle lift, bridge cranes, etc) *Install, operate, observe and read the pressure of gauges and charts *Read and comprehend various vessel blueprints *Become certified for DOT inspections *Able to forecast and communicate parts needed for work coming down the line *Perform Magnetic Particle Inspections *Other duties as assigned Qualifications: *Must be able to read and understand vessel blueprints *Ability and aptitude to become Level II Magnetic Particle certified *Must be knowledgeable of and able to operate a variety of hand, air, and power tools *Must be willing and able to work inside a variety of vessels daily *Ability to multi-task on several vessels at the same time Expectations of Employee *Uphold company core values *Maintain a clean and organized work area *Utmost attention to safety *Good attendance and punctuality *Concern for quality *Attention to detail Traits of Successful Employees *Desire to build long term relationships *Exhibition of good communication skills when working with fellow employees *Ability to tolerate physical demands of the position *Ability to complete tasks according to planned schedule *Willingness to help out where needed Employee Benefits *Weekly Paycheck *Boot Reimbursements up to $125 *Medical Insurance - Covers 75% of premiums *Dental and Vision Insurance *Company Paid Life Insurance *401K Retirement Account with 5% company match *On the spot bonuses up to $100 Learn more about Westmor Industries Location: 3 Development Dr Morris, MN 56267 Westmor Industries is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
