### Job Duties Start Date: 03/15/2026 End Date: 12/17/2026 Work 45 hours per week Monday - Saturday 7:00A.M - 2:30P.M Must Apply By: 08/01/2026 Job Duties: Job requires the operation of various farm equipment including, but not limited to, tractors and farm equipment to spread fertilizer and manure on fields. Equipment that workers may be required to operate includes, but is not limited to, tractors with various implements, manure spreaders, pay loaders, pressure washers, skid steers, and mowers. Non CDL farm trucks will be loaded with agricultural products and driven on the farm and to storage facilities. Job duties also include properly mixing fertilizer and manure slurry; loading fertilizer and slurry into spreaders; performing general maintenance, repairs and/or clean-up of all farm equipment; ensuring operational areas are organized and well maintained; using hand tools and equipment to repair, clean and maintain farm vehicles, machinery and specialized machinery and agricultural equipment; and regularly servicing and washing equipment. There are few typical days and workers may be required to change duties and/or locations often and engage in various general functions. Daily duties may vary depending on crop, weather, and field conditions. This job involves manual labor, lifting requirement of 50lbs, extensive pushing, pulling, sitting, or walking. Job will require periods when workers may be exposed to varying weather conditions. ### Minimum Education Required No High School Diploma or GED required ### Minimum Experience Required Minimum of 2 months experience. Basic English literacy and math skills are required. Job requires having or being able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Random criminal background checks may occur post-hire at the employer's expense. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.
