Our individuals served are developing the skills necessary to maintain their independence while living with special needs including intellectual and developmental disabilities, severe and persistent mental health, and complex medical needs. You will work alongside the individuals leading them to achieve the highest quality of life and highest level of independence possible. Our supportive services are designed to meet the unique needs of each individual. Supports may include daily living skills such as meal preparation and planning, general budgeting, housekeeping, medical appointment tracking, positive social interactions, and community engagement. You will work as a part of a team of professionals all acting to enhance the quality of life for those we support. Above all, team members provide the opportunity of freedom otherwise not possible.
