We're looking for a **Production Specialist** to help keep our facility running safely, efficiently, and looking its best. This is a hands-on position offering a **4-on/4-off rotating schedule** , variety in your daily work, and opportunities to operate equipment, perform facility maintenance, and support critical plant operations. **What You'll Do** As a Production Specialist, no two days are exactly the same. You'll play a key role in maintaining our facility, equipment, and grounds while supporting production and sanitation efforts. **Responsibilities Include:** ✅ Supporting plant sanitation efforts through: + Industrial cleaning and power washing + Equipment sanitation using high-pressure washers + Assisting during process upsets and cleanup events ✅ Operating equipment such as: + Forklifts + Skid loaders + Utility tractors ✅ Completing facility maintenance tasks, including: + UV light maintenance + Environmental preventive maintenance inspections + Stormwater sampling + Heat exchanger maintenance support ✅ Serving as a confined space attendant when required ✅ Following all safety procedures and maintaining required certifications **What We're Looking For** **Preferred Qualifications** + High School Diploma or GED + Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial cleaning, agriculture, maintenance, construction, or equipment operation is a plus **Successful Candidates Will:** + Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude + Be self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision + Communicate effectively in person and through email + Have basic computer skills + Prioritize safety in everything they do **Work Schedule** **Rotating Schedule: 4 Days On / 4 Days Off** This schedule provides excellent work-life balance with extended days off throughout the month. Additional overtime may be required as business needs dictate. **Work Environment** This is an active industrial position that includes both indoor and outdoor work.
