General Purpose: The Part-Time Associate Systems Developer, under direct supervision, is responsible for the design, development, documentation, installation, and maintenance of business systems. Duties and Responsibilities: + Modifies existing programs or business modules including the design, coding/configuration, testing, installation, and technical support + Supports and maintains existing software by troubleshooting processes, identifying, and resolving routine and standard problems + Provides solutions to problems of limited scope and relating to both customer and problem support + Provides basic estimates and performs basic planning for defined projects + Responsible to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with company mission, values, code of ethics, policies, and other standards of conduct. Qualifications: + Education: Bachelor's degree or in pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Information Services (CIS) or related field, or equivalent education and/or experience. + Years of Related Experience: 0 - 2 years related experience + Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Knowledge of systems development principles, theories, and concepts; basic interpersonal and communication skills; Basic proficiency in the operation of a personal computer in a Windows environment to include the Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook, and basic proficiency with numeric data analysis.
