We are looking for a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join the team at Maple Lawn Senior Care, in Fulda, MN ! We offer a competitive wage, benefits, and up to a $2,500 bonus paid out over 18 months or tuition reimbursement. No Productivity Requirements! New grads are welcome to apply! Position Type: Full-Time Wage Range: $26 - $32 / hour depending on experience. Bonus: $2,500 Location: 400 NE 7th St Fulda, MN 56131 Certified Occupational Therapy Assistance Responsibilities: + Assist occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients, focusing on improving daily living activities (ADLs). + Monitor patient progress and document outcomes in accordance with care plans. + Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and exercises. + Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care, utilizing knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology.
