Need 1 full time, temporary, seasonal Agricultural Equipment Operator to work in Hancock, MN. From: 04/15/2023 to 11/30/2023 Work: 45 hrs./week, Mon. - Fri. 8 hrs/day, Sat. 5 hrs./day. As required for all workers in Minnesota, hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of 1.5 times the regular rate of pay. Must Apply By: 08/08/2023 Job Description: Assist with hauling corn to storage location in a semi, hauling sugar beets to a piler, operating a quad trac tractor for tillage, operating edible kidney bean equipment, forklift, and servicing center pivot irrigators, and grain cart. Complete general farm duties as assigned and complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts. Required work-related tools and supplies provided free of charge by employer.
