(USA-MN-Dassel) Speech Language Pathologist 2500 Bonus

Pro Rehab, an established Rehab company with over 35 years of successful business is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist . We are looking for a  Speech Language Pathologist to float between Cokato, and Dassel area ! We offer a competitive wage, benefits,  mileage reimbursement ($.70 / mile) and up to a $2,500 bonus paid out over 18 months.  We are seeking an SLP with current CCC-SLP certification. Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time, benefits eligible position Wage Range: $36 - $46 / hour depending on experience. Bonus: $2,500 Location: West Region: Cokato and Dassel Speech Language Pathologist Responsibilities: + Assess & Diagnose Communication Disorders: Evaluate patient needs and deficits such as but not limited to: patients with speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing difficulties. + Develop & Implement Treatment Plans: Create personalized therapy programs to improve the functional deficits of the patient. + Provide Speech & Language Therapy: Conduct exercises and interventions to improve communication and speech abilities. + Educate & Support Patients & Families: Teach strategies for effective communication and techniques to improve daily life. + Monitor Progress & Adjust Treatment: Track patient improvements, document progress, and modify therapy plans as needed. + Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work with doctors, nurses, and therapists to ensure comprehensive support for patients.
