Description: Manage external corrective actions that are received from our customers. Provide internal communications pertaining to all customer corrective actions received Coordinating with external inspection providers as needed. Collaborate with Process Engineering to establish process controls that meet the expectations of the customer Determine quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures Identify the root of technical issues and recommend fixes Analyze and solve problems on a wide variety of quality issues related to manufacturing processes Investigate and correct quality issues for internal, external, and interplant supplier quality issues. Coordinate containment and corrective action activities Thoroughly document quality issues and quality performance Lead the implementation of Built-in Quality (BIQ) through various value streams Understand details of engineering drawings and specifications to aid in the assessment of conformance or non-conformance of a variety of conditions in manufactured components Skills: quality engineering, quality assurance, root cause analysis Additional Skills & Qualifications: 1. Excellent communication skills, they will spend the majority of their time on the assembly line 2. Good root cause analysis skills, 3.
