THE QUICK DETAILS: Job Type: Full-time Pay: $27 - $32 per hour; Starting pay will be determined by skills and experience Hours: Sunday – Thursday 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM JOB SUMMARY: As the Maintenance Machine Repair Specialist, you’ll be troubleshooting, repairing and performing preventative maintenance of automated woodworking machinery including, but not limited to: CNC, saws, conveyors, finishing equipment, etc. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: Troubleshooting and repairing electrical, pneumatic, fluid, and hydraulic systems Completing maintenance requests and assigned work orders in a timely fashion Assisting in new machinery implementation; including line setup, dust collection installation, plumbing, wiring, and operator training Performing facility maintenance of steel siding/roofs, overhead doors, loading docks, bathrooms, offices, lighting, etc. Repairing and maintaining lawn mowers, skid loaders and heavy equipment Assisting in welding/ fabricating custom parts and machinery Assisting in production areas when needed Snow removal during the winter months; landscaping/ grounds keeping during the summer months ### Minimum Education Required High School Diploma/GED ### Minimum Experience Required Ability to read blueprints and CAD drawings Ability to make decisions and problem solve under little to no supervision Excellent communication skills; ability to work effectively in a team setting Foundational electrical knowledge of AC, DC, and Servo systems PLC programming experience preferred Have the drive to develop technical knowledge and comprehension of production machinery ### Shift Second (Evening) ### Number of Openings 1 ### Public Transportation Accessible No ### Veterans Encouraged to Apply Yes ### Physical Required No ### Drug Test Required Yes ### Compensation $27.00 - $35.00 / Hourly ### Postal Code 56312 ### Job Type Full Time ### Place of Work On-site ### Requisition ID 1010 ### Job Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Team Member Life Insurance / Dependent Life Insurance Short & Long Term Disability 401(k) - 401(k) matching Paid Vacation & ESST Time Holiday Pay Hospital Indemnity, Accident and Critical Illness Insurance Minnesota Paid Family & Medical Leave
