Avera is currently seeking Registered Nurses (RN) looking to deliver the best possible nursing care in Avera’s patient-focused settings. Job Summary + Coordinates the MDS/Care Planning process to ensure that comprehensive, accurate, standardized and reproducible assessments and care plans are completed on each individual resident. Education and/or Experience + Bachelor's, associates, or diploma degree from an accredited school of nursing. One year of geriatric nursing preferred. Licensure/Certification/Registration + Current licensure as an RN in the State of Minnesota required. + CPR certified.
