Maintain store appearance to an acceptable standard, 2. Perform shop duties as required. Mainly tire work, oil changes, and some light mechanic work. 3. Assist with counter work including daily till cut off and balance, 4. Assist with maintaining proper inventory, 5. Perform equipment maintenance, **Customer Service** 1. Deliver station products as required, 2. Maintain a courteous attitude and clean appearance, 3. Understand products such as lube oil, petroleum equipment, filters, and Total Protection Plan, propane, refined fuels, tires, feed, etc. 4. Keep the inside and outside of all vehicles clean. **Other Duties as Assigned, Including, but not limited to:** 1. Cover for any absent employee, 2. Be able to operate several machines proficiently, 3. Assist with customers when needed, 4. Other duties as needed to keep small company efficient as assigned by Management. 5. Cooperated with other departments of the company, so that harmony exists and a good company image is maintained. **Work Environment** While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud. **Physical Demands** The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Above 50 pounds the employee should use shared lifting for support. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. **Position type/Expected Hours of Work** This is a full time position. Hours of work are Monday through Friday 7:30 to 5:30 and Saturday 7:30 to 12:00 noon. 40 hours a week plus overtime pay over 40 hours. Hours may be adjusted based on customer needs. **Travel** Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out of the area and overnight travel may be expected. **Required Education and Experience** 1. High school diploma or GED 2. Successful completion of a drug and alcohol screen 3. Successful completion of a criminal background check 4. Must have or able to obtain a Commercial Driver's License 5. Should have previous light duty mechanical experience **Salary and Requirements** Salary is hourly non-exempt from overtime rules and is set dependent on experience.
