Your Job Koch Separation Solutions is now hiring for a Treasury and Cash Manager for our Finance team. This is an exciting time to join our team in Wilmington, MA or Willmar, MN. What You Will Do Evaluate daily and monitor cash activity and balances related to various bank accounts, including international Forecast cash requirements and cash position to support anticipated spend for operations Prepare 13-week cash forecast for multiple entities Support operational banking services such as global bank account structure, portal administration, Know Your Customer, signatories, pooling, LC products, bank fees, covenants, bank connectivity and services. Liaise with business counterparts to ensure that cash needs are met timely and accurately Identify approaches to optimize cash position Responsible for the review of scheduled payment runs for various entities Manage and maintain ongoing relationships with credit card processors Address and ensure timely resolution of any credit card deposit processing issues Maintain integrity and accuracy in cash reporting Develop and maintain monthly forecast to actual variance schedule Identify opportunities for process improvements Ad hoc projects, as needed Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Previous experience in cash management, treasury, or a similar role Experience preparing 13-week rolling cash forecasts Strong planning and organizational skills Ability to manage varying priorities Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, large data sets, and formatting) Proficient in Microsoft Office or Office 365 experience (Word, Excel, Outlook) What Will Put You Ahead Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting 3 or more years of proven experience in cash management, treasury, or a similar role At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
