The Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health Hospital (CABHH) in Willmar is seeking an engaging and compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor to help lead a team dedicated to quality care. Operated by the Minnesota Department of Human Services, CABHH provides mental health services for children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 6-18) with serious behavioral and emotional conditions. In many cases, patients have multiple diagnoses ranging from brain and behavior disorders to psychiatric and traumatic stress conditions. Responsibilities include: + Ensure unit staffing needs are met by appropriate utilization of staff + Assign staff to participate in pre-admission evaluation, admission, treatment, and discharge planning + Interpret medical data, reports, and nursing assessments to other team members + Assess qualifications of candidates and hire employees, maximizing the ability to obtain and choose candidates who will effectively achieve program objectives + Evaluate employee performance and work eligibility + Contribute to and participate in the safety and security for the facility, patients served, and co-workers by following and applying all safety policies and procedures **Minimum Qualifications** Current licensure in Minnesota as a Registered Nurse AND + Bachelor’s of Nursing Degree plus 3 years Registered Nurse experience, 2 of which must be as a charge Registered Nurse, OR + Associate’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing plus 4 years Registered Nurse experience, 2 of which must be as a charge Registered Nurse **Preferred Qualifications** + Previous experience working with children and adolescents in a treatment environment. + Previous supervisory experience in a hospital or behavioral health setting. **Additional Requirements** To facilitate proper crediting, please ensure that your resume clearly describes your experience in the areas listed and indicates the beginning and ending month and year for each job held.
