Need 15 temporary, seasonal, full-time Ag. Equipment Operators to work in Willmar, MN. From: 02/01/2025 to 11/30/2025 Work: 48 hrs./week, Mon. - Sat/8 hrs./day, 7:15am a.m. - 4:15pm p.m. As required for all workers in Minnesota, hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of 1.5 times the regular rate of pay. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. ESST Law: Effective January 1st, 2024, An Employer must provide at least (1) hour of safe and sick time for every 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per year. JOB DESCRIPTION: Drive and operate self-propelled combine. Attach farm implements and till soil, plant and cultivate grain. Tow harvesting equipment. Spray crops with fertilizer. Adjust, repair, and service farm machinery and notify supervisors when machinery malfunctions. Load hoppers, containers, or conveyors to feed machines with products. Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools, or farm workers. All work related tools, supplies and equipment will be provided to worker by the employer. Crops: Corn, Dry Beans, Peas, Soybeans, Sugar Beets JOB REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. No minimum education required. EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
