Responsibilities: + Factory PFEP ownership - Coordinate tasks within your team to maintain integrity and validity of the PFEP document. Experience with Microsoft Access is helpful. + Factory EMCT ownership – Coordinate with buying team to ensure all new parts are being managed correctly and all old parts are being used up before they are phased out. + Factory NPI ownership – Coordinate with scheduling team, factory engineering resources, and design engineering resources to ensure timely completion of NPI work. + EC/Deviation management – Coordinate tasks within your team and the materials team to manage effective dates and coordinate work order maintenance to ensure material is being used appropriately and at the correct revision. + Maintain Glovia Integrity – coordinate tasks within your team to maintain Glovia attributes for all items. This will include IPAR ownership. + RMA ownership – own the process for returned for repair and returned to stock finished signs. + Forecast Management – work with Materials Manager to ensure our forecast is accurate and loaded correctly in Glovia each month + Excess/Item Review – work with Materials Manager to ensure all phases of the excess/item review are completed each month/quarter. + Own & maintain the factory dashboard metric – populating a spreadsheet with tracking data from the Redwood Falls factory. Qualifications + Applicants must be 18 years of age or older. + Bachelor’s Degree in Math, Business Economics, or comparable degree.   + Combination of formal training and experience will be considered.  + APICS certification preferred.  + Material/production control experience within a manufacturing environment preferred.  + Supervisory, Business, Management experience preferred.  + Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills required. Fluent in English, written and verbal.  + Computer skills required include: Glovia, Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook. Experience with Microsoft Access helpful but not required. + Effectively exercise discretion and independent judgment.  + Ability to travel by air and ground. Valid driver's license and good driving record.
