### Job Duties Start Date: Apr 7, 2026 End Date: Dec 19, 2026 48 hours per week, Mon-Sat, 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM Must Apply By: Aug 14, 2026 Duties include measuring and setting flags; recording data; harvesting crops; and recording information related to pesticide use, yields, and costs. The worker will participate in the inspection, grading, sorting, storage, and post-harvest treatment of crops, including preparing, sorting, cleaning, packaging, scanning, and labeling seed. Additional responsibilities include repairing and maintaining farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; operating tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, and self-propelled equipment—much of which is equipped with GPS—such as planters, sprayers, combines, threshers, and forklifts to spray and harvest crops including soybeans and corn. The worker will load inputs and drive trucks to transport materials to fields; clean work areas and maintain grounds and landscaping; maintain inventory; take field notes; sort envelopes; attach implements using hand tools; position boxes or bags at the ends of machinery to catch products; remove and close full containers; and communicate and work effectively with others. ### Minimum Education Required None ### Minimum Experience Required No prior experience or training is required. The worker must be able to obtain any required certification or license and meet driver requirements, including obtaining an appropriate driver’s license within 30 days of hire and maintaining a clean driving record to operate a company vehicle. The position requires successful completion of a drug screen and compliance with random drug testing at no cost to the worker, with failure to comply or a positive result subject to termination. The worker must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive movements, frequent stooping or bending, extensive pushing or pulling, and extensive sitting or walking. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.
