We are an energetic and entrepreneurial team passionate about stewardship, driven to innovate and embrace a culture of freedom that inspires care of customers and each other. **Job Description** A Millwright Technician is responsible for completing the following duties: - Performing all necessary assembly routines before and after trucks and trailersarepainted - Installing pre-fabricated parts on trucks trailers - Operating equipment in a 100% safe manner following appropriate regulations, policies and procedures - Readingand interpreting blueprints to perform proper assembly procedures - Using a variety of hand tools to complete assembly procedures - Installing pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems on tanker trucks and trailers - Other duties as assigned **Qualifications** - Strong mechanical background or experience - Understanding of 12V electrical systems - Abilityto read blueprints - Abilityto read 1/8", 1/16",gradations on tape measure - Abilityto convert feet to inches and vice versa - Familiarity with FCAW welding **Expectations of Employees** - Uphold company core values - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Utmost attention to safety - Good attendance and punctuality - Concern for quality - Attention to detail **Traits of Successful Employees** - Ability to gain specific knowledge of Westmor's production schedule, processes and product line - Desire to build long term relationships - Exhibition of good communication skills when working with fellow employees - Ability to complete tasks according to planned schedule - Willingness to help out where needed **Employee Benefits** - Weekly paycheck - Boot reimbursements up to $125 - Medical insurance - company covers 75% of premiums - Dental, and vision Insurance - Paid vacation - Company paid life insurance - 401K retirement account with 5% company match - On the spot bonuses up to $100 **Location**:8225 Monticello Terrace Shawnee, KS 66227
