**Job Description:** We are seeking a Buyer to join our team and play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of the company through strategic procurement and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have strong vendor relationship management skills, a solid understanding of inventory systems, and a commitment to customer service excellence. This position will involve managing the purchasing process, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring that all supply chain operations align with production schedules and business goals. **Key Responsibilities** - **Vendor Relationship Management:** Build and maintain long-term vendor partnerships focused on collaboration, trust, and cost-effective solutions. Negotiate terms, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery and quality assurance. - **Inventory Management:** Oversee inventory to meet production needs, manage safety stock levels, and monitor lead times to prevent stockouts or overstocking. Work with internal teams to forecast and plan inventory requirements. - **Customer Service:** Act as a key contact for internal and external teams to ensure timely procurement and inventory management, addressing quality or delivery issues to meet production schedules and customer satisfaction. - **System & Data Management:** Input and manage purchasing data in the MRP system, including lead times, costs, and part numbers.
