This position is primarily responsible for managing and maintaining the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and coordinating the CRM integration with associated technologies used for recruitment, admission, and retention. The CRM system supports the recruitment and retention new first year, transfer, international, graduate, and returning students at Southwest Minnesota State University (SMSU). The primary focus of this position is to optimize the CRM platform through development, management, training, and strategic leadership in support of functions such as: Develop, implement, and maintain data integration from SMSU s student information systems (admissions, enrollment, imaging, housing, etc) Assist in the development of CRM Marketing and Communication processes and content Data validation, editing, and accuracy End-user training, troubleshooting, and support Collaborate with Institutional Research (IR)) on data reporting and dashboard creation
