The Head Coach will be responsible for the administration of all phases of an NCAA Division II women s tennis program. Responsibilities include recruiting quality student athletes, organizing and training student athletes for successful competition and monitoring and supporting the academic success of the student athletes. Other head coaching duties include planning and conducting pre and post season workouts, preparing and managing budgets, fundraising activities and records, scheduling, and developing and maintaining alumni relations. Potential other athletic administrative responsibilities to be assigned may include game management, special events, and/or teaching responsibilities based on the candidate s degree, prior teaching experience and area of expertise.
