Try new things, learn new skills and discover what you excel at—all from Day One. **Job Description** **Highlights** + Documents quality issues, performance measures and quality improvements for management review. + Monitors and evaluates the quality of work as measured against timeliness, accuracy and productivity standards for various controls supporting EF Servicing Loss Mitigation, including Repossession, SCRA protections, Litigation, Default Judgments, Settlements, Payment Plans. + Ensures proper application of and compliance with internal and regulatory standards, guidelines and procedures. + Provides information to assist in giving feedback to employees and in the training of employees. + Provide support in the development of new controls, enhancements to existing controls including script writing and formation of QC spreadsheet templates. + Successfully produce recurring Daily, Weekly, Monthly Controls and ensure any identified errors (human, process, or system created) are escalated and remediated in a timely manner. + Align oneself in a manner consistent with U.S. Bank Equipment Finance's core behaviors and Client Advocacy Principles. **Basic Qualifications** - High school diploma or equivalent - Typically two to three years of experience in quality analysis and measurement activities **Preferred Skills/Experience** - Thorough knowledge and understanding of the products and services applicable to the assigned area - Thorough knowledge of the productivity and accuracy standards of the assigned area - Strong knowledge of computer systems used in the assigned area - Effective verbal and written communications skills - Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications - Bachelor's degree preferred #WCIBO #USBOps **_The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days._** If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants ( . **Benefits:** Our approach to benefits and total rewards considers our team members’ whole selves and what may be needed to thrive in and outside work. The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
