Job Summary To supervise and direct a program for repair, maintenance, inventory and custodial care of Revenue buildings and facilities. Will have knowledge and ability to supervise employees in the Academic buildings and facilities under the direction of the Building Services Manager or to assume responsibilities in the absence of the Building Services Manager. In accordance with the Minnesota State Vehicle Fleet Safety Program, employees driving on college/university business who use a rental or state vehicle shall be required to conform to Minnesota State's vehicle use criteria and consent to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
