$20/ hour Are you an experienced Caregiver? Comfort Keepers is now hiring a part-time Caregiver in the Litchfield area. Responsibilities: + Assistance with ADLs. Activities of Daily Living + Hands-on personal cares may include assistance with dressing, grooming, incontinence, and hygiene + Light housekeeping includes cleaning bathroom, living areas, kitchens, dusting, mopping, linen change, vacuuming, laundry, garbage etc. + Meal planning, cooking and baking + Conversation and companionship + Interactive Caregiving + Errands and transportation + Assistance with mobility may include use of transfer tools/equipment + Assistance with medication + Dementia or Alzheimer’s care + End of life care + Communicate with Client Care Coordinator as needed + Provide proper electronic documentation of shift and cares Requirements: + 1 year of CNA facility experience, preferred + Must be available every other weekend and holiday. + Willing to drive 35 mile radius of the office. + May have multiple shifts a day. + Schedule varies and changes with clients needs. + 21 years of age + High School Diploma or GED + Own reliable transportation, clean driving record, 3 years driving experience + Valid driver's license and auto insurance and comfortable driving + Exceptional attendance record + Successful in all home: hospice, dementia, cats/dogs, & smoking + DHS and driving record background clearance + Customer Service Excellence, Professional Boundaries required.
