### Job Duties Start Date: Feb 15, 2026 End Date: Dec 15, 2026 Hours: Mon-Sat, 8:00 AM to 4:40 PM, 52 hours per week Must Apply By: Jul 17, 2026 Assist with harvesting grain and oilseed crops by operating and monitoring farm equipment including combines, tractors, grain carts, and farm trucks. Perform equipment setup, maintenance, repairs, fueling, and cleaning to ensure safe and efficient harvest operations. Transport crops from fields to storage areas as needed to support on-farm harvest activities. Duties may vary based on weather and crop conditions, and workers may be assigned a variety of general farm tasks throughout the day. ### Minimum Education Required No High School Diploma or GED required ### Minimum Experience Required Minimum of six (6) months of related experience required. Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a drug screen. Job requires extensive sitting or walking and exposure to varying and extreme weather conditions. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. Required work-related tools and supplies provided free of charge by employer.
