Job Description: Seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to serve at Grace Home, our long-term care facility in Graceville, Minnesota. This RN or LPN works night shifts, 10:00 pm to 6:30 am on weekdays and 6:00 pm to 6:30 am on weekends. Every other weekend and a holiday rotation are required. There is a $3K bonus for LPN, $10K bonus for ADN, and a $15K bonus for BSN, as well as generous night shift differentials! RN ($36.30, or more with experience): Responsible for organizing and providing care to residents through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation, and job descriptions. Contributes to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and/or other federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies. LPN ($21.12, or more with experience): A care giver who assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of primarily elderly patients for a designated time frame and provides care to these patients via therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, the environment/instrumentation, and other health care team members. Works both cooperatively and independently, to work efficiently under stress. Education Qualifications: + Education as required for licensure. FTE 1 Shift Rotation Permanent Night Rotation (United States of America) Shift Start Time 10 pm weekdays / 6 pm weekends Shift End Time 6:30 am Pay Range $36.30 - $54.45 / hour The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
