### Job Duties Start Date: 03/01/2026 End Date: 12/01/2026 Hours: 48 hours/week, Mon.-Sat. 8 hours/day, 8:00 A.M. - 4:30 P.M. Work hours may vary due to crop conditions, weather, or other operational factors. Employer may request but cannot require workers to work on their Sabbath. Must Apply By: 07/17/2026 Job Duties: Worker will be required to perform a variety of duties consistent with SOC Code 45-2092, Farmworkers and Laborers, Crop, Nursery, and Greenhouse. Duties include walking fields to pull weeds and picking rocks. Workers will participate in the inspection, grading, sorting, storage, and post-harvest treatment of crops, including working with bins and augers. Additional duties include repairing and maintaining farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; operating tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, and self-propelled equipment (much of which is equipped with GPS) to plow, harrow, and fertilize soil, and to plant, cultivate, spray, and harvest crops such as soybeans, corn, and hay. Workers will load agricultural inputs and operate trucks to transport materials to employer fields, and load harvested crops for transport to nearby storage facilities such as elevators, bins, silos, piles, or bags in close proximity to the farm. Workers will clean work areas and maintain grounds and landscaping; repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures; and attach implements to machinery using hand tools. The employer maintains a drug and alcohol-free workplace. Upon hire, workers may be subject to random drug testing at no cost to the worker. A positive test result or failure to comply with testing requirements may result in immediate termination of employment. ### Minimum Education Required No High School Diploma or GED required. ### Minimum Experience Required Three (3) months of recent and verifiable experience relevant to the job is required. Worker must be able to speak and understand English. Worker must be able to obtain a valid driver’s license upon hire and maintain a clean driving record to operate company vehicles. Worker must be able to lift items weighing up to fifty (50) pounds. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. Required work-related tools and supplies provided free of charge by employer.
