The purpose of the Cash Management Specialist is to be a member of a coordinated team assisting with business check cashing, direct deposit options for company payrolls and money transfers. This position will involve, data entry, compiling reports and be a supporting role for the department. Duties include but are not limited to the following:? 1. Assists the Cash Management Supervisor with new account set ups. 2. Under the direction of the Cash Management Supervisor will complete maintenance of Cash Management accounts. 3. Travels to client s place of business to provide equipment and software installation. 4. Including training, education, and troubleshooting when necessary. 5. Will work with Microsoft Word and Excel to assist with the completion of cash management documentation, customer folders, account information and agreements. 6. Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive customer and proprietary information.
