Summary + This role offers the opportunity to work in Med/Surg and receive cross-training for the Emergency Room, Outpatient Infusion, and Same-Day Surgery. + The RN delivers patient care within the hospital setting under the supervision of a Physician or Advanced Practice Provider (APP). + Supports direct care staff and facilitates efficient patient flow. + Ensures the health, comfort, and safety of patients, maintaining emergency equipment and other resources necessary for providing safe, high-quality care. Schedule + Fulltime or Part-time available. 48-72 hours every two weeks | Onsite + Rotating 12-hour shifts - start times 7:00AM and 7:00PM + Includes every third weekend rotation and holiday rotation Pay and Benefits + Pay based on experience. + Pay range: $38.36 - $57.76 per hour + Earn an additional $1.25 per hour for rotating 12-hour night shifts + Fulltime or Part-time benefits : Medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more! + Tuition reimbursement and college grant programs available Qualifications + Associate or higher RN degree in Nursing from accredited school of nursing required. + RN experience preferred but not required. New Graduates welcome to apply! + RN License from the State of Minnesota required. + BLS required within 6 months of hire. + ACLS required within 1 year of hire. + TNCC/CALS required within 6 months of starting to work in Emergency Department.
