### Job Duties Start Date: 02/15/2026 End Date: 12/15/2026 Must apply by: 07/17/2026 Hours 48 hours per week Monday - Saturday 8:00 A.M - 5:00 P.M erform duties on a farm for a farm like: Drive and operate harvesting machines or custom cutting machinery to harvest a variety of grain and oil-seed crops from clients’ farms. Adjust speeds of cutters, blowers and conveyors, and weight of cutting head, using hand tools. Change cutting head as appropriate for crop. Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools, or farm workers. Service machinery and make incidental in-field repairs. Employer requires criminal background check post-hire at employers' expense due to the presence of children on the farm and expensive tools and equipment. Failure to pass drug screen and/or criminal background check will result in termination of employment. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. ### Minimum Education Required No High School Diploma or GED required ### Minimum Experience Required Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. Required work-related tools and supplies provided free of charge by employer.
