Job Description: Office Manager AM Part Time (20-23hr/wk) Office Manager works in the mornings Monday Friday taking care of all the daily activities of a Homeowner s Association and reports to the Board of Directors. The Board places their trust in the Manager to make fair, basic decisions for the benefit of the most Owners, based on facts, without much hands-on guidance. MUST have past experience with standard office conduct, routine tasks, Quickbooks, and banking. The ideal manager will have the patience to LISTEN carefully to someone speaking slowly, but have the quick-wit to take action FAST if the situation demands immediate response. This position does NOT require: Marketing or Internet Presence. Office Manager oversees 2 part-time employees: Housekeeping & Maintenance. No heavy lifting or strenuous activities! Garage parking in the winter time! No Benefits Offered. PAID Vacation, Holiday, Sick Time available and flexible scheduling around your personal appointments and commitments! Summary of The Senator NOT a nursing home or Assisted Living! 38 Units that are owned in full by homeowners intended to be over age 55 but capable of completely caring for themselves or hiring help to get things done. We do not evict anyone or advertise available units, we don t have problems with late fees or bad checks here. Office Manager watches out for the Owners by handling the bills, the grounds, their concerns, complaints, suggestions. Protects them from intruders, solicitors, telephone & financial fraud. Schedule Options: Monday through Friday choose one of the following that fits your lifestyle! 7:00am - 11:00am / 8:00 - 12:00 / 9:00 - 1:00pm / 10:00 - 2:00pm --OR -- Mon-Thurs 8am-1pm!
