Alexandria Technical and Community College is dedicated to providing a supportive and enriching environment for our students and staff. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team In the Human Resources Department. This position provides campus-wide professional human resource services to faculty, staff and administration. The incumbent is responsible for coordinating the new employee onboarding process, managing HRIS/payroll function, employee benefits and retirement programs, the faculty credentialing process, and the annual completion employee required trainings. In conjunction with the CHRO, interprets contract language and rules and provides advice and direction to supervisors and deans on bargaining agreement issues.
