Cornfest is great fun for all ages! There are water fights between Big Stone County fire departments, bingo, and live music in the Lakeside Park band shell with the beer tent not far away. Further down the park, there are lots of booths set up with tons of local crafts, clothes, and other goods. There is always something for everyone: sweaters, jewelry leather jackets, cutting boards, and so much more. There are also booths to make some crafts of your own! Plus, there are booths and activities for kids like a puppet show area shaped like Noah’s arc, face painting and lots of inflatable bouncy houses and slides. In the evenings, there are dinners, dances and live music – a band even plays on the lake! Cornfest is a great way to experience the Ortonville community!
